§ 118.16 FEES; WEIGHTS AND MEASURES TO BE CHECKED PRIOR TO ISSUANCE.
   (A)   For the purpose of this section, RESIDENTS shall be construed to mean and include all persons both principals and agents who shall have actually resided in the state one year and the city six months next before application is made for the license.
   (B)   The fee for the license required by § 118.15 is payable to the Tax Collector and proper credentials will be provided by the Tax Collector to be presented to the Superintendent of Police in securing the license.
   (C)   The fee for the license shall be as prescribed in § 110.02; and unless sooner revoked, the license shall expire on March 31 succeeding the date of issue thereof; but no such license shall be issued by the Superintendent of Police until the weights and measures of the applicant, if any such are used by him in his business, have been approved and stamped by the sealer of weights and measures and a certificate to that effect from the sealer of weights and measures has been filed with the Superintendent of Police.
