§ 110.02 LICENSES TO BE ISSUED BY SUPERINTENDENT OF POLICE; FEES.
   (A)   The Superintendent shall issue licenses and collect fees for the following:
      (1)   Amusement parks;
      (2)   Baseball parks;
      (3)   Bowling alleys;
      (4)   Boxing and wrestling matches;
      (5)   Carnivals;
      (6)   Circuses and wild west shows;
      (7)   Coin-operated mechanical amusement devices;
      (8)   Concealed weapons;
      (9)   Concerts and performances;
      (10)   Dances;
      (11)   Hucksters;
      (12)   Junk dealers;
      (13)   Merry-go-round;
      (14)   Pawnbrokers;
      (15)   Peddlers and itinerant vendors;
      (16)   Walking parade vendors;
      (17)   Pool rooms;
      (18)   Public museums, exhibitions and displays;
      (19)   Secondhand dealers;
      (20)   Shooting gallery;
      (21)   Slot weighing machines; and
      (22)   Theaters.
   (B)   The fees for the licenses shall be set forth in the schedule of fees and charges attached to the annual budget of the city, pursuant to § 41.11 of the code.
