(A) No license shall be issued until the person desiring the same shall make application therefor, over his signature, which application shall show the name and residence of the licensee.

(B) Licenses shall be issued to persons not residents desiring to carry on the business of produce selling, by the City Clerk, upon payment of the fee prescribed by § 110.02 to the Tax Collector by the applicant, for the license, and shall run for a period of one year.
