§ 99.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter, for which no other fine is provided, shall be punished by a fine as set forth in the schedule of fees, charges, penalties and rewards attached to the annual budget of the city, pursuant to § 41.11 of this code and/or shall be summoned or brought to community court pursuant to Conn. Gen. Stat. § 51-181c(d). The superior court judge assigned to the community court may impose a penalty of community service, a fine as set forth in the schedule of fees, charges, penalties and rewards attached to the annual budget of the city, pursuant to § 41.11 of this code, or other penalty permitted by law. Each day any violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.

   (B)   Any person who shall violate the provisions of § 99.41 of this chapter shall be fined as set forth in the schedule of fees, charges, penalties and rewards attached to the annual budget of the city, pursuant to § 41.11 of this code for each such offense, and/or shall be summoned or brought to community court pursuant to Conn. Gen. Stat. § 51-181c(d), The superior court judge assigned to the community court may impose a penalty of community service, a fine as set forth in the schedule of fees, charges, penalties and rewards attached to the annual budget of the city, pursuant to § 41.11 of this code, or other penalty permitted by law.
