§ 99.29 RAINSPOUTS NOT TO DISCHARGE ON SIDEWALK.
   No person shall construct, or cause to be constructed or allow to remain, any rain water leader, spout, or drain from any dwelling, house, store, tenement or other building, to discharge upon, over or above any street or sidewalk.
