§ 99.26 VEHICLES WITH LUGS OR SPIKES PROHIBITED.

No person shall drive, tow or operate, upon any paved, hard-surfaced, improved street, avenue or other highway in the city any tractor or other vehicle having spiked, grooved or ribbed metal tread or grousers protruding for the purpose of traction.
