§ 99.19 PERMIT REQUIRED TO MOVE BUILDING.
   No person shall remove or draw through or upon any street, any building, without a permit, as provided in Title XI of this code, upon written application therefor. Every application under this section shall state the name of the owner of the building to be removed, the name of the person who is to move the same, the precise locality from whence the building is to be moved, the precise locality to which it is to be moved, the distance from the proposed front line of the building to the line of the street; the street or streets through which it is to be conveyed, the dimensions of the building and nature of the materials of which it is constructed.
