§ 99.13 CERTAIN SIDEWALKS TO BE KEPT FROM GETTING SLIPPERY.
   The owner of any lot or building in front of which there may be a sidewalk built, constructed or composed, wholly or in part of glass, iron or other substance liable to become slippery by use or wear, shall protect the sidewalk at all times so as to prevent danger or injury to pedestrians.
