§ 99.11 CELLAR DOORS IN SIDEWALK.
   (A)   No person shall construct any cellar door or cellar doorway in any sidewalk, or projecting into any sidewalk beyond the street line in the city, without permission from the Board of Public Works.

   (B)   No person shall continue or maintain any already existing cellar door or cellar doorway in any sidewalk beyond the street line after the passage of an order by the Board of Aldermen for the removal of the cellar door or doorway.
