§ 96.064 SELF-CONTAINED TRUCKS OR VANS VENDING FOOD.
   No person or entity shall establish, maintain or operate any self-contained truck or van which vends food in the city without first having obtained a permit from the Department of Health. The permit shall be placed clearly in public view. There shall be an annual permit fee per truck or van, payable during the month of January in the case of the trucks and vans already in operation as of January 1, 1990 and within one month in the case of all such businesses established thereafter. All permits shall expire at the end of the calendar year of issuance. All such vehicles requiring a second reinspection, for any reason whatsoever, shall be required to pay, in addition to the permit fee, a fee. The annual permit fee and second reinspection fees, per truck or van, shall be set forth in the schedule of fees and charges attached to the annual budget of the city, pursuant to § 41.11 of the code. If such fees are not paid within one month after the same becomes due, the person or entity shall be fined not more than $100.
