§ 96.040 LICENSING PROVISIONS.
   (A)   Any person engaged in the business of buying or selling live poultry, within the city, the meat of which is to be sold or used for food, shall annually apply for a license to the Director of Health upon a form to be prepared by him.
   (B)   The fee for the license shall be as set forth in the schedule of fees, charges, penalties and rewards attached to the annual budget of the city, pursuant to § 41.11 of this code payable to the Director of Finance. No such license shall be issued until the Director of Health has inspected the premises in which the applicant desires to engage in the business and approved of the premises.

   (C)   The Director of Health may revoke any license issued to any person engaged in the business of buying or selling live poultry within the city, the meat of which is to be used or sold for food, for cause.
