§ 95.11 DOCUMENTATION OF LIABILITY INSURANCE.
   After review of any emergency response plan submitted pursuant to this chapter, the environmental authority of the city may require any submitter to submit, as part of its emergency response plan, documentation of appropriate liability insurance.
