Each submitter of emergency response plans shall identify the location of their hazardous substance storage areas using the National Fire Protection Association (N.F.P.A.) 704m marking system. The intent of this section is not to require labeling of individual barrels or small containers, but rather to require the labeling of large containers or areas on any given site.
