§ 95.06 TO WHOM PLANS TO BE SUBMITTED.
   The environmental authority of the city shall distribute all emergency response plans submitted in accordance with § 95.04 of this chapter to the Fire Marshal. The environmental authority may distribute any such emergency response plan to the Director of Civil Preparedness, the City Engineer, the City Planner and/or the Building Official as needed.
