§ 95.05 REJECTION OF PLAN.
The environmental authority of the city may, in his sole discretion, reject any plan or plans found to be inappropriate when considering the types, quantities or locations of hazardous substances on the site. Any plan so rejected shall be returned to the submitter with written suggestions for compliance and specific reasons for rejection of the plan. Thereafter, a modified plan incorporating the environmental authority's suggestions shall be submitted to the environmental authority within 30 days of receipt of a notice of rejection. If the revised plan is not agreeable to the environmental authority, it may also be rejected and the submitter shall thereafter comply with any and all orders imposed by the environmental authority subject to the appeal rights available herein.
