§ 94.99 PENALTY.
   Whoever shall intentionally violate any of the provisions of § 94.31 of this chapter shall be fined in accordance with the schedule of fees, charges, penalties and rewards attached to the annual budget of the city, pursuant to § 41.11 of this code
