§ 94.31 PROHIBITED ACTS.
   Any person engaging in the following acts shall be guilty of an offense and subject to penalties set forth in § 94.99 of this chapter:
   (A)   Engaging in the business of servicing portable fire extinguishers without a current certificate of registration;
   (B)   Engaging in the business of servicing portable fire extinguishers without a current license;
   (C)   Servicing portable fire extinguishers as an apprentice without a current apprentice permit;
   (D)   Performing hydrostatic testing of Interstate Commerce Commission specification compressed gas cylinders used for or with fire extinguishers without a current hydrostatic testing certificate;
   (E)   The obtaining of or an attempt to obtain a certificate of registration or a license by fraudulent misrepresentation; and
   (F)   Servicing or selling portable fire extinguishers contrary to the provisions of this subchapter or the rules and regulations formulated and administered under the authority of this subchapter.
