§ 93.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be punished by a fine as set forth in the schedule of fees, charges, penalties and rewards attached to the annual budget of the city, pursuant to § 41.11 of this code. Each day any violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.

   (B)   It shall be a crime punishable by a fine as set forth in the schedule of fees, charges, penalties and rewards attached to the annual budget of the city, pursuant to § 41.11 of this code, or the maximum under state law, per violation, to commit any unlawful practice under § 93.03.
