§ 91.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person, firm or corporation found to be in violation of § 91.03(A), (D) or (E) of this chapter shall be fined as set forth in the schedule of fees, charges, penalties and rewards attached to the annual budget of the city, pursuant to § 41.11 of this code.

(B) Any person, firm or corporation found to be in violation of § 91.03(F) of this chapter shall be fined as set forth for each false alarm in the schedule of fees, charges, penalties and rewards attached to the annual budget of the city, pursuant to § 41.11 of this code.

(C) Any person, firm or corporation found to be in violation of any other provision of this chapter shall be fined as set forth in the schedule of fees, charges, penalties and rewards attached to the annual budget of the city, pursuant to § 41.11 of this code.

(D) Any fine levied in accordance with this chapter shall be paid to the Police Department within 60 days of notification of the fine.
