§ 70.19 COLLECTION AND DISPOSITION OF PROCEEDS.
   All coins deposited in parking meters and all fees or penalties received under §§ 70.60 and 70.61 shall be collected by the Police Department in such manner and under such rules as the Traffic Authority may prescribe.
