§ 51.21 PERMIT REQUIRED; APPLICATION, FEE.
   Before commencement of construction of a private sewage disposal system the owner shall first obtain a written permit signed by the Health Officer. The application for the permit shall be made on a form furnished by the city, which the applicant shall supplement by any plans, specifications and other information as deemed necessary by the Health Officer. A permit and inspection fee as set forth in the schedule of fees and charges attached to the annual budget of the city, pursuant to § 41.11 of the code, shall be paid to the city at the time the application is filed.
