§ 38.031 RECORD OF PROCUREMENT ACTIONS TAKEN WITH REGARD TO SOLE SOURCE, WAIVER AND EMERGENCY PROCUREMENTS.

   (A)   The Director of Purchasing shall maintain a record, at the Office of the Department of Purchases, listing all contracts or purchase orders made under §§ 38.026 through 38.028 pertaining to sole source, emergency and waiver purchases for a minimum of five fiscal years.

   (B)   The record shall contain:

      (1)   Each contractor's name;

      (2)   The amount and type of each contract or purchase order; and

      (3)   A listing of the commodities, services or construction procured under each contract or purchase order.
