§ 36.38 CASH MANAGEMENT AND INVESTMENTS.
   The internal service funds are included in the financial management system of the city. Accordingly, the accounting records and processing of transactions, including the investment of idle funds, is the responsibility of the Director of Finance, in accordance with the provisions of the Charter of the city. The investing of idle cash is subject to the investments policies of the city. However, the risk management administrative staff will review annually investment performance, as it affects the Risk Management Funds' policies. All investment income is revenue to the respective risk management internal service fund which provided the principle for investment.
