§ 36.15 ESTABLISHMENT.
   The Mayor shall convene, from time to time, the Risk Management Administrative Staff ("RMAS"), comprised of members of his administrative staff who are responsible for oversight of the city's employee health benefits program, workers' compensation program, heart and hypertension program, liability program (general liability, automobile liability, professional liability, law enforcement liability and employment practices liability) and prevention and/or loss of control program.
