§ 97.017 COST AND COLLECTION.
   After the work shall have been completed by the Street Commissioner under the provisions of § 97.016, he or she shall report the total cost and expense together with the name of the property owner so failing to comply with the provisions of § 97.015 to the Clerk-Treasurer, who shall keep a record. The amount of the cost and expense may be recovered from the property owner. The notice provided for shall contain a full statement of the foregoing provisions of §§ 97.016 and 97.017.
