Licensed law enforcement officers have jurisdiction in the facility and are authorized to enforce the provisions of this chapter, and other federal, state and local laws. Whoever violates any provision of this chapter may be immediately expelled from the facility and prohibited from returning for forty-eight (48) hours, and shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor and, upon conviction, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Any violation shall constitute a separate offense on each successive day continued. If a violation occurs that results in damage to the facility, the cost of repair may be assessed against the permit holder, the violator, or both. (Ord. 2021-1177-O, 5-4-2021)
