8-3-4: PENALTY:
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a class B misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 482, 1-29-1990, eff. retroactive to 1-1-1990; amd. 2004 Code)
