6-1-3: LIVESTOCK ROADS DESIGNATED:
   A.   The Old County Road between Toquerville and the point where it joins onto the New County and State Road near Pintura shall constitute a livestock road to be used to drive livestock over.
   B.   The Old County Road at the point where it leaves the New County and State Road, a short distance above Pintura, to the boundary line between Washington County and Iron County shall constitute a livestock road to be used to drive livestock over.
   C.   The County Public Works Director shall see that the above roads are properly signed. It shall be his duty to report any violations and to see that the road is kept open for the purpose designated.
   D.   Any person who shall fence, obstruct or hinder the above mentioned roads as livestock roads for the purposes specified is guilty of a Class B misdemeanor and, upon conviction, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code.
