A. Permit Requirement: A permit shall be required for any major or minor event unless an exception under section 3-3-4 of this chapter applies.
B. Operating Without A Permit: If a permit has not been issued by the county, no person shall permit, maintain, promote, conduct, advertise, act as entrepreneur, undertake, organize, manage, or sell or give tickets to an actual or reasonably anticipated special event unless an exception under section 3-3-4 of this chapter applies.
C. Road Closure Requirement: If a road closure is requested, a permit is required, and no exception shall apply. (Ord. 2014-1037-O, 5-6-2014)
