A. Established Place Of Assembly Exception: This chapter shall not apply to any regular established, permanent place of worship, stadium, athletic field, arena, auditorium, coliseum, the Washington County Fairgrounds, or other similar permanently established place of assembly for assemblies.
B. Family Gathering Exception: This chapter shall not apply to family reunions, wedding celebrations, funerals, or similar family gatherings.
C. Free Speech Gathering Exception: If the purpose of the event is to gather to protest, advocate, or otherwise express one's freedom of speech, then a permit is not required unless a road closure is required or the public safety is threatened. (Ord. 2014-1037-O, 5-6-2014)
