1-6-4: EMPLOYEE BENEFITS:
   A.   Washington County provides certain benefits to employees under the rules, conditions, and limitations specified in the Washington County, Utah Employment Policies and Procedures Manual, as it may be amended from time to time by resolution of the Washington County Commission.
   B.   Employee benefits provided under Subsection A above may include, but are not limited to the following:
      1.   Retirement benefits;
      2.   Medical, dental, and vision insurance;
      3.   Flex spending account;
      4.   Long-term disability insurance;
      5.   Holidays;
      6.   Personal time off;
      7.   Workers Compensation;
      8.   Bereavement leave;
      9.   Family and Medical Leave;
      10.   Official business leave with pay;
      11.   Special leave without pay;
      12.   Jury duty;
      13.   Military leave;
      14.   Tuition reimbursement;
      15.   Employee recognition;
      16.   Employee health and wellness programs;
      17.   Employee assistance programs; and
      18.   Other benefits as specified in the Washington County, Utah Employment Policies and Procedures Manual.
   C.   Nothing in this Section 1-6-4 may be interpreted or construed to confer any benefit or entitlement that is not specifically provided for in the Washington County Employment Policies and Procedures Manual, as it may be amended from time to time. (Ord. 2023-1226-O, 2-21-2023)
