§ 95.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of §§ 95.01 or 95.25 through 95.31 and is convicted of, or pleads guilty to a other than a minor misdemeanor shall be imprisoned for a definite term or fined, or both, which term of imprisonment and fine shall be fixed by the court as follows:

   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of §§ 95.10 through 95.14 shall for the first offense be fined not less than the expenses incurred in the restoration of the street or curb nor more than $100 in addition to the expenses incurred in the restoration of the street or curb. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist after notice in writing has been served by the City Manager shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
