(A) All street cuts and alley cuts within the city will be restored to a drivable condition by 5:00 p.m. on the day the cut is made, as determined by city specifications.
(B) All temporary curb cuts, street cuts and alley cuts be restored, according to city specifications, within 72 hours of the completion of the utility work, unless otherwise authorized by the City Manager.
