§ 112.43 PERMIT DENIED.

When the Chief of Police is satisfied that any applicant has been guilty of violating any of the offenses in §§ 112.41 and 112.42, it shall be the duty of the Chief of Police to deny the applicant a permit or license to drive a taxicab without bringing the matter to the attention of the Board.
