(A) Any juvenile who is in violation of this section shall be issued a warning citation and any skateboard, roller skates, roller blades, in-line skates or roller skis utilized by the juvenile in such violation shall be impounded by the city police department. The skateboard, roller skates, roller blades, in-line skates or roller skis will be released to the juvenile only when accompanied to the city Police Department by a parent or guardian, who will be handed a copy of this section.
(B) A juvenile who is in violation of this section for the second time will suffer the loss of the subject skateboard, for a period of time not exceeding 30 days. For a second offense, the skateboard will be released to the juvenile only when that juvenile is accompanied after the 30-day period by a parent or a guardian to the city Police Department.
