ADOPTING ORDINANCES
ORDINANCE NO. 1992-10
   AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE ORDINANCES AS PREPARED AND CODIFIED AS THE COMPLETE CODE OF ORDINANCES FOR THE CITY OF WARSAW
   WHEREAS, THE VARIOUS ORDINANCES AS PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF WARSAW HAVE BECOME ARCHAIC AND DISORGANIZED;
   BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF WARSAW, KENTUCKY, AS FOLLOWS:
   SECTION I.
   That all Ordinances for the City of Warsaw and relating to all nonplanning and zoning ordinances as codified by American Legal Publishing Corporation of 133 West Fourth Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202 in 1991, including: Title 1: General Provisions; Title 3: Administration; Title 5: Public Works; Title 7: Traffic Code; Title 9; General Regulations; Title 11: Business Regulations; Title 13: General Offenses; Title 15: Land Usage; Table of Special Ordinances; Parallel References and Index shall represent a codification of the City's Ordinances.
   SECTION II.
   All Ordinances as amended shall be reflected in the official copy of this Code of Ordinances available in the City offices by the City Clerk.
   SECTION III.
   All Ordinances including the Code of Ordinances shall be amended to reflect any and all changes of the Ordinances.
   SECTION IV.
   This Ordinance shall take effect after its passage and upon publication.
