§ 51.194 DISCHARGES OF OTHER THAN DOMESTIC SEWAGE.
   No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged, either directly or indirectly, into the wastewater treatment system of the city, wastes other than domestic sewage without the prior written approval of the city.
