§ 51.192 WASTES ORIGINATING OUTSIDE CITY.

Holding tank wastes originating outside the boundaries of the city are prohibited from being discharged into the city's wastewater treatment system without a permit which will require a description (household waste). If industrial, a detailed description such as required by NPDES permits is required, and the city's NPDES limits cannot be exceeded.
