§ 51.151 SANITARY SEWERS TO MEET SPECIFICATIONS OF CITY.
   The design and construction of all sanitary sewers connected either directly or indirectly to the wastewater treatment system managed by the city shall, as a minimum, meet all published standards and specifications as established by the city.
