§ 51.144 PIPES IN CONCRETE CRADLE OR ENCASED IN CONCRETE.
   (A)   When it is considered advisable in the judgement of the Operator, the sewer pipe shall be laid in a concrete cradle, in accordance with the city's standards.
   (B)   Sewer pipe in creek beds shall be encased in concrete when it is considered advisable in the judgement of the engineer. When the cover on such pipe is two feet or less, the pipe shall be ductile cast iron, encased as noted above.
