§ 51.090 PERMITS NOT TO BE REASSIGNED, TRANSFERRED, OR SOLD.
   Wastewater discharge permits are issued to a specific user for a specific operation. A wastewater discharge permit shall not be reassigned, transferred or sold to a new owner, or significantly changed operation.
