§ 50.11 COMMERCIAL, OFFICE AND BUSINESS CONTAINER REGULATIONS.
   (A)   All dumpsters and garbage collection areas shall be enclosed on at least three sides or otherwise screened or located in such areas to minimize their visual impact from public streets, internal circulation areas, and adjoining properties. Provisions for adequate vehicular access to and from trash collection areas shall be required as determined by the Zoning Enforcement Officer. Such screening can include landscaping materials, brick walls, wooden fences and slatted chain link fences which are a minimum of five feet tall or one foot higher than the trash container to be screened.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to store, dump, dispose of, or otherwise place any refuse of any kind in the dumpster or garbage container of another without the express permission of the actual property owner.
   (C)   The penalty for violation of this chapter is set forth in § 50.99.
