(A) It shall be unlawful to store, dump, litter, dispose of, burn or otherwise place any refuse, garbage, dead animals, sewage, toxic substances, harmful to animal life or humans within the city limits, including trees, leaves and brush.
(B) The Mayor is authorized to cause no littering and/or no dumping signs to be placed at locations that he deems reasonably appropriate.
(C) The city or its agent, the City Fire Chief, may authorize in writing, occasional burying of brush, tree limbs, and other wood products, including old buildings, in a controlled manner, when deemed necessary, and in the best interest of the public by the city or its agent.
