(A) Garbage collections shall be made at least once weekly for both residences and businesses and more often for businesses if the Mayor determines the necessity of such and includes additional collections in the schedule of times for collection.
(B) The Mayor shall fix the times when garbage is to be collected and shall make other regulations as are necessary from time to time for the efficient collection of garbage.
