For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
FAMILY UNIT. The premises or part of the premises used by one family. Apartment buildings shall be considered to house as many FAMILY UNITS as there are apartments.
GARBAGE. Refuse and waste matters of all kinds, including wet garbage, ashes, discarded cans, bottles, papers, and other materials.
