511.03 PLAYING OF SOUND DEVICES PROHIBITED.
   (a)   No person shall play any radio, music player, cassette player, compact disc player, television, audio system, musical instrument or any similar device in such a manner or at such volume so as to annoy or disturb the quiet, comfort or repose of neighboring inhabitants.
   (b)   No person shall play any radio, music player, cassette player, compact disc player, television, audio system, musical instrument or any similar device upon a public right of way or upon other public property in such a manner or at such volume so as to disturb the quiet, comfort or repose of other persons.
   (c)   Whoever violates this section is subject to the penalties of Section 511.99. In addition, the equipment or device used in the commission of a violation of this section is hereby declared to be contraband and shall be seized and disposed of in accordance with Ohio R.C. 2933.43.
   (d)   Each day upon which a violation occurs or continues shall be a separate offense and punishable as such pursuant to this chapter.
