373.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 303.99(a)(1), and the court may prohibit such person from riding a bicycle for a period not to exceed six months.

(b) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter may have their bicycle impounded for a period not exceeding five days.
