(a) No operator of a motor vehicle shall make a right turn against a steady red traffic signal between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. at any of the intersections established by ordinance of Council and indicated on the Traffic Control Map established under Section 305.01.
(b) Whoever violates subsection (a) of this section shall receive a penalty as provided by Section 303.99.
(c) Appropriate signs indicating that a right turn against a steady red light is prohibited between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday, on school days shall be posted at each intersection referred to in subsection (a) hereof.
(d) Subsection (a) of this section shall not be effective as to any given intersection until subsection (c) of this section shall have been complied with as to such given intersections.
