(a) All refuse and garbage shall be stored in plastic receptacles, as provided by the City, of not more than 96 gallon capacity, which shall weigh not more than 50 pounds when full.
(b) Any refuse and garbage placed for collection that exceeds the limits set forth herein shall be subject to a fine, as applicable, as set forth in Section 917.08(b) of this Chapter.
