There are hereby established general rules for the duties and conduct of the members of the Police Department. Such rules may be promulgated, amended and/or repealed as provided in Section 139.01 of the Codified Ordinances. All members of the Department shall abide by and conform to such rules.
Each member of the Department shall be furnished with a copy of the rules and regulations which he shall, at all times, keep in his possession. Each member shall make himself thoroughly familiar with its contents.
